As a frequent patron of the Copper Hog, I'm always happy when I show up to find that Robert Huston is my server. Sure, he's just the right amount of friendly-welcoming but not overly familiar-and his knowledge of the Copper Hog's ever-changing menu is detailed enough that his recommendations have never steered me wrong. Plus, he's the man responsible for introducing me to the beverage known as the Bartender's Lemonade, and for that, I am in his debt.
